What we collect and why

Only what is needed to serve you: name, phone, email, city and problem description from our quote forms; the content of our communications; and anonymous browsing analytics. We use this to call you back, plan and follow up on services (including the 6-month guarantee), issue documents, meet legal obligations and measure our advertising. We never sell or rent your personal information.

Third parties, retention and security

Data may be processed by Web Hosting Canada (hosting), Zapier (lead routing) and Google (advertising measurement); some providers store data outside Quebec with adequate protection, limited to the strict minimum. Quote requests without follow-up are kept at most 24 months; client files for the duration of the business relationship plus the guarantee period; accounting records for the legally required durations. Communications are encrypted (HTTPS) and access is restricted. No financial information is collected on this site.

Your rights

You may access, correct and obtain your information, and withdraw consent, by writing to our privacy officer. We respond within 30 days. Unresolved complaints may be addressed to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec. Any confidentiality incident presenting serious risk will be logged and reported as required by Law 25.
